Description
These mochi, which you can cook as you like, contain only one ingredient: glutinous rice. You can cook them in hot water to bring out their tenderness, or bake them in the oven for a toasted flavor. You can even microwave them… Or fry them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. A dash of soy sauce and a few sesame seeds will round things out. Or maybe a drizzle of maple syrup? These mochi are delicious with amazake.
