Japanese natural sparkling wine from the Tetta estate: vintage 2022.
Storing:
Natural wines are best stored at a constant temperature of around 13°C and away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. Remember to air the wine at least 30 minutes before drinking.
Ingredients:
Fermented grape juice, no added grape variety: Aki-Queen (66%), Muscat Bailey A (29%) and four other secret varieties (5%) from Okayama Prefecture. 11 degrees alcohol.
Shelf life:
Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well. However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means that they are best drunk young, within the first 3-4 years.
