Japanese natural wine from the Grape Republic estate (Yamagata Prefecture). Year of production: 2022.
Storage:
Natural wines are best stored at a constant temperature of around 55°F, away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. Remember to aerate your wine at least 30 minutes before drinking.
Ingredients:
Fermented grape juice, no additives! Grape varieties: Delaware (90%), Niagara (10%). 12% alcohol.
Shelf life:
Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means that they are best drunk young, i.e. within the first 3-4 years.
