Japanese natural wine from the Grape Republic winery (Yamagata Prefecture). Year of production: 2022.
Storing:
Natural wines are best stored at a constant temperature around 13°C and away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations if possible. Remember to aerate the wine at least 30 minutes before serving.
Ingredients:
Fermented grape juice, no additives! Aged in amphora. Grapes: Steuben (75%), Delaware (15%), Merlot (10%). 11,5 degrees alcohol.
Shelf life:
Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the nature of Japanese grape varieties means that they are best drunk young, within the first 3-4 years.
