Description

Simple ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, mirin, leek, mushrooms…) for a very specific mission: to liven up ravioli and especially gyoza.

Use:

Mainly for dipping your gyoza!

Storage:

Store in a dry, dark place. Best refrigerated after opening.

Ingredients:

Soy sauce (soy, wheat, salt), yuzu juice, water, vinegar, sugar molasses, hon’mirin, salt, kombu seaweed, dried vegetables (white leek, shiitake, enoki, daikon radish).

18 months.
