Description
Bonito and Kombu dashi diluted in three to nine parts of water, depending on the recipe. Round and delicious.
Use:
Concentrated white dashi stock to be diluted three to nine times its volume in water. Use as a base for stews, miso soup, fondues, udon, etc., as well as for dashi.
Storage:
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.

Water, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy), fermented rice, soy sauce (soy, wheat, salt), salt, sugar, shiitake dashi broth, kombu dashi broth, dried bonito, flavor enhancer E635, hickory flavor.
Shelf life:
12 months.
