Description
The most adventurous of the Hitachino beers. That’s saying something! This beer is infused with Japanese “ume” plums and sprinkled with a pinch of seaweed salt. We love its nice tangy length and deep umami.
Storage:
Before opening: out of the sun in a cool, dry place or of course in the refrigerator. After opening: refrigerate between 2°C and 8°C and use as soon as possible.
Ingredients:
Water, barley malt, wheat, hops, yeast, prunes, seaweed salts.
Storage:
Upright, away from light and in a cool place, at least six months.
