Storage:
Natural wines are best stored at a constant temperature, around 13°, away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations if possible. Remember to aerate your wine at least 30 minutes before drinking.

Shelf life:
Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the nature of Japanese grape varieties means that it is best drunk young, within the first 3-4 years.
