Sesame toasted with red chili powder. This is what the Koreans use to make their famous kimchi fermented cabbage. Spicy, without excess, but most of all, terribly addictive.

Toho Shokuhin Roasted Sesame Kimchi is used to season many dishes. Historically, it’s perfect sprinkled over a bowl of white rice, grilled fish, fruit salads, or cold tofu, but you can use your imagination and put it wherever you like. Some naughty people would even eat it as an aperitif…

Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
