Description
A Japanese natural orange wine (skin-contact) from the Moriumius estate in Miyagi Prefecture. Year of production: 2022.
Storage:
Natural wines are best stored at a constant temperature of around 13°C, away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. Remember to aerate your wine for at least 30 minutes before drinking.
Ingredients:
Fermented grape juice with no additives! Grape varieties: Delaware (71%) and Plantet (29%), both from Yamagata. 10.5% alcohol.
Shelf life:
Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, due to the nature of Japanese grape varieties, it is best to drink them young, i.e. within the first 3–4 years.
