Sennari’s Organic Yuzu Ponzu is a sauce made with soy sauce and rice vinegar. Organic yuzu juice brings a strong, fresh acidity that balances the complex umami of soy sauce and kombu. The combination of these ingredients creates a round mouthfeel that is both invigorating and comforting. This quality sauce is the result of the skill and care of Sennari’s staff and comes in a 175ml bottle. Its main ingredients come from the island of Shikoku, where Sennari is based. The recipe does not contain any additives or preservatives.
Usage:
Sennari’s Organic Yuzu Ponzu Sauce can be used as a dressing for salads, white fish (cooked or raw), ceviches, shellfish (raw clams) and other seafood. It is also ideal for fatty meats and cooked vegetables. Its richness and strength allow it to be used sparingly.
