Premium Additive-free Dashi From Kyūshū

Genuine dashi tea bags. It’s as authentic as it is easy to prepare — all the instructions you need are on the packet. This is by far our best value product. Contains eight 10g tea bags.

Use:

Place one tea bag in 500 ml of water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for three to five minutes, then remove the tea bag. It can be used in miso soups, donburi, ramen, udon, rice and chawanmushi.

Storage:

Store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

Starch hydrolysate, dried bonito (18%), sugar, salt (11%), yeast extract, soy sauce powder, protein hydrolysate, kombu and rapeseed oil.

24 months.
