Description
This gourmet seasoning is based on soy sauce and mirin and is loaded with caramelized onion pieces. It’s made for meat, and you can feel it: it’s delicious on chicken and beef, especially in burgers… But it’s also great on grilled or roasted vegetables. Many people get addicted to it and eat it on a piece of bread.
How to use:
Use as a marinade for red or white meat, vegetables, even white fish if you’re feeling adventurous. Can also be enjoyed as a sauce on its own, such as a barbecue sauce or for okonomiyaki.
Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.
