Description
Ceremonial-grade organic matcha from the island of Kyushu. The leaves for this matcha come from Kagoshima and are hand-picked during the first harvest of the year. Its color tends to emerald green, a sign of high quality. It has a long umami and very little bitterness. This is a very great Matcha that will satisfy the most demanding among you.
Storage:
Protect from light and moisture before opening. Refrigerate after opening.

Okumidori and Saemidori green teas.
Shelf life:
6 months before opening. Ideally 6 weeks after opening.
