This traditional seasoning contains ripe yuzu peel and yellow chili pepper. Ideal for seasoning sauces and marinades or stuffing.
Use:
Give a big “kick” to your preparations (sauce, marinade, mayonnaise…) and spice up foods and dishes. Yuzu Kosho Yellow is versatile and goes well with meat, fish and vegetables.
Storage:
Ideally refrigerated.
