Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Refrigerate after opening.

Awase miso (rice, barley (gluten), soybeans, salt), sugar, yuzu (25.07%), alcohol, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat (gluten), salt, amazake, alcohol), sesame.

Shelf life:

One year.
