Description
These squares of black sugar from the tropical cane of Okinawa are not refined. Result: a deep, wild cane flavor.
Use:
In pastries, desserts, cakes, etc. Sprinkle pure on yogurt or faisselle. Use as a butter spread.
Storage:
Store in a dry place away from light.
Ingredients:
Raw sugar, brown sugar, molasses.

18 months.
