Concentrated Miso Soup Base

Description

It doesn’t get much easier than this concentrate: add 150ml of hot water to one tablespoon (15ml) of this miso base… And you’ve got a tasty, full-bodied miso soup that you can add to as you like. Contains dried bonito.

Storage:

Once opened, keep refrigerated.

Ingredients:

Miso, soy sauce, syrup, fermented bonito seasoning, salt, dried bonito flakes powder, yeast extract, alcohol, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), caramel colour, thickener (xanthan gum). May contain traces of wheat and soya.

12 months
