Description

Elegant in its designer glass bottle, this sesame vinaigrette has it all: simplicity, balance and originality, not to mention a texture as creamy as you could want.

With a base of corn oil and safflower (known for its cardioprotective properties), it combines the best of Japanese ingredients: high-quality rice vinegar, soy sauce for umami, and sesame paste for roundness and density.

This vinaigrette is produced by Tobaya Suten, a company founded over 300 years ago and based in Fukui Prefecture (Honshu Island), where it produces rice vinegars that are among the most famous in Japan.

This ready-to-use sauce is an original alternative to traditional Western vinaigrettes. It’s the perfect accompaniment to seaweed or raw vegetable salads, as well as rice, vegetable or meat dishes, to which it adds a slightly sweet-salty note.
