Description
This Japanese plum liqueur is made from the maceration of Japanese ume plums (which actually belong to the apricot family). You can expect a lot of tart freshness, which makes this umeshu an excellent digestive, but not the only one… The bottle contains some of the plum pulp used to make it. So the dominant note is fruit, by far.
