At the head of his small company, Yamada Seiyu, owner Yasuichi Yamada and his team of just 11 people work with sesame to produce Japan’s finest oils. The reputation of these master craftsmen is well established as their products cross borders to reach our shores.
It took no less than seven years of research to achieve the perfect balance in this sesame oil with its secret recipe, but whose ingredients will undoubtedly tickle your curiosity: rare red pepper, spring onion, mandarin mikan, ginger… An exceptional quality that only needs a single drop to reveal all its subtle flavors. How to use:
Goma Rayu’s spicy sesame oil is the perfect cooking partner, especially for gyoza, ramen or silken tofu. But you can also, and we strongly recommend it, try this oil in your vinaigrettes, sauces or marinades of all kinds (for fish, meat, vegetables…).
As this oil is particularly rich in taste, it should be diluted and used sparingly. We offer it in 60ml containers, which may seem small to you, but is more than enough for a whole year.
Storage:
Protect from light, heat and keep dry.
