Description
A traditional dashi made from bonito and kombu seaweed from Makurazaki, Japan’s capital of smoked bonito. For dashi with authentic taste. Contains 10 x 8g sachets.
Suggested use:
Infuse in 5 to 10 dl of boiling water for a few minutes to obtain your traditional dashi (use in your miso soups, donburi, ramen, udon, rice, chawanmushi…).
Storage:
Store in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
Starch hydrolysate, dried bonito (18%), kombu, sugar, salt (11%), yeast extract, powdered soy sauce, protein hydrolysate, rapeseed oil.
