Unpasteurized

An unpasteurized product is a foodstuff that has not undergone pasteurization, i.e. heat treatment to destroy pathogenic micro-organisms and prolong its shelf life. This type of product retains its enzymes, natural bacteria and nutrients, and ultimately its unaltered taste.

We offer a number of non-pasteurized products, which are delicious but fragile, and should be left in the fridge (before and after sealing), particularly for fermented products where the process is still active.
