Bakasco Yuzu and Pepper Sauce

A little red pepper in a bed of yuzu juice and persimmon vinegar. Fruit and a little strength. Perfect on pasta, tartar, ramen…

Use:

Use a few drops to season tartars, ceviche, carpaccios, ramen… Or to spice up your sauces and culinary preparations. Shake well before use.

Storage:

Store in a dry, dark place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

Ingredients:

Yuzu juice (60%), persimmon vinegar (35%), salt (4.75%), yuzu peel (0.20%), red pepper (0.05%).
