Description
No one knows who created the mikan tangerine in Japan centuries ago, but we do know that its juice is exceptionally sweet and smooth. It’s almost disturbing, to be honest.
Use:
Drink straight or dilute in a cocktail. Can also be used in cooking to deglaze sauces or in pastry in ice creams, cakes and more.
